I've screenshotted the invalid traffic log in Sophos in this discussion. I would really appreciate any ideas on this one, I've got an extra few grey hairs trying to figure it out over the last couple days. Even when the phones will not register, the PBX has no problem pinging them.Sometimes they do re-register, which is confusing me!.The phones rejoin the network with no issue, and are pingable but regularly do not re-register to the PBX and have to be restarted. There are some areas with not great WiFi coverage, and sometimes devices drop out for a second or so.I have setup sip_nat.con on the pbx with.We have updated the phones to the latest firmware.I have attached a quick diagram of the setup. I have been trying to narrow it down to either the asterisk system, the wireless network itself or the ICW-1000G handsets. The routing between the VLANs seems to be perfect, we have scanners and other devices that are not having any problems. The wired phones are on the same VLAN as the PBX, the WiFi phones are on another VLAN. The WiFi handsets we are using are INCOM ICW-1000G We have quite a few wired Grandstream handsets, and they never give any problems - it only seems to be the WiFi handsets. The really annoying thing is that we usually have to fully restart the phones to get the to re-register.
